Archery: Indians in action at the World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.
Boxing: Indians in action at the World Championships in Liverpool.
Chess: Gukesh, Praggnanandhaa and more are in action at the Grand Swiss tournament, with defending champion R Vaishali also in action in the women's section.
Football: India finished third at the CAFA Nations Cup, after beating Oman 3-2 on penalties.
Hockey: India (W) beat Singaopre 12-0 to finish top of group in Asia Cup..
Kabaddi: PKL 12 saw Bengaluru Bulls beat Haryana Steelers 40-33 while Puneri Paltan were comprehensively beaten 37-48 by Patna Pirates.
Chess: Gukesh, Pragg lost in Round five, to fall behind leader Maghsoodloo.
Archery: Rishabh Yadav, Prathamesh Fuge and Aman Saini lost in the quarterfinals of the men's compound individual event at the World Championships.
